Construction Project Manager - Consultancy

Construction Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established and growing built-environment, property and construction consultancy, working out of the Southampton office. This is a client-side focused Construction Project Management position, working across a varied portfolio of construction projects throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, design teams, contractors and other key stakeholders. The role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction consultancy and/or client-side project management who is looking for a varied position with excellent opportunities for long-term career development. The Role As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects Managing projects through pre-construction and post-construction stages Coordinating and managing design teams Acting as a key point of contact for clients Managing client accounts and maintaining strong working relationships Managing contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders Carrying out contract administration Preparing and maintaining key project documentation and processes Monitoring project programmes and ensuring key deadlines are achieved Providing regular progress reports and updates to clients Identifying and managing project risks ..... full job details .....
