Construction Project ManagerWe are recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established and growing construction consultancy in London.This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager with a strong consultancy or client-side background to take responsibility for the delivery of projects across the retail, commercial and leisure sectors.You will manage projects throughout both the pre-construction and post-construction phases, working closely with clients, design teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered.Alongside project delivery, you will take responsibility for client relationships, manage internal project teams and support the development and mentoring of junior members of the team.The RoleAs a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects.Managing projects throughout pre-construction and post-construction stages.Coordinating and managing design teams and developing appropriate project solutions.Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Managing client accounts and maintaining strong long-term relationships.Managing consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.Administering construction contracts.Developing and maintaining key project documentation and processes.Monitoring project progress, programmes and overall delivery.Preparing and presenting regular ..... full job details .....
