The postholder will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through construction, handover, defects and final account. Develop and maintain project execution plans, programmes, procurement schedules, cost plans, risk registers and reporting processes. Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate clients, consultants, commercial teams, site management, subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor programme, budget, quality and risk performance, taking prompt action to address delays, cost pressures and emerging issues. Manage subcontractor procurement, appointments, performance and coordination in partnership with commercial and procurement teams.
