Construction Project Manager

A hands-on Construction Project Manager is required to deliver a mezzanine floor project within a critical environment on a business park in Bristol.

This is a 72-week contract requiring practical construction management and the ability to meet SC clearance requirements.

The Role
 
As the Construction Project Manager, you''ll:

• Manage day-to-day construction delivery of the mezzanine floor project.
• Provide hands-on project management throughout the 72-week programme.
• Oversee works within a live critical environment.
• Coordinate site activities to support safe and effective project delivery.
• Maintain oversight of progress throughout the construction programme.

About You
 
To be successful as the Construction Project Manager, you''ll have:

• Previous construction project management experience.
• A hands-on approach to managing construction works on site.
• Experience delivering projects within live or critical environments.
• Strong site coordination and project delivery capabilities.
• The ability to meet the required SC clearance requirements.
