Construction Project Manager

We are working with an established D&B contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of laboratory fit-out projects across London, with project values of approximately -3m.

You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover, managing costs, programme, procurement and site operations to ensure successful delivery. Working closely with clients, subcontractors and consultants, you will take ownership of the project and maintain control of both commercial and operational aspects.

Candidates should have a strong background in D&B fit-out, with proven experience managing projects of a similar scale. Experience in laboratory fit-outs or technically complex environments would be advantageous.
