Construction Project Manager Location: London Salary: £80,000 + Package Sector: Residential and Affordable Housing Type: Permanent The Opportunity 12 Recruitment are currently working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. The business has a growing portfolio of projects across the residential and affordable housing sectors and is looking for a Project Manager who can take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an opportunity to join a progressive contractor with a healthy workload and the scope to take on increasing responsibility as the business continues to develop. The Role As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from commencement through to completion. Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery plans. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams. Monitor progress against programme and take appropriate action where required.
