This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction plant professional looking to move into, or continue within, a training and education environment. The successful candidate will use their practical industry experience and technical knowledge to support and develop learners pursuing careers within the construction plant sector. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality training and tutoring to learners within construction plant operations. Provide practical and theoretical instruction across relevant construction plant disciplines. Support learners in developing the skills, knowledge and competence required for employment within the construction industry. Plan and deliver engaging training sessions in line with relevant qualifications, standards and awarding-body requirements. Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance. Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate training and assessment records. Ensure training is delivered in a safe, professional and inclusive environment.
