Proman UK, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Planning Manager to lead the bulk earthworks planning function on a major UK infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of planners
• Develop and manage NEC-compliant programmes
• Collaborate across construction, design, and commercial teams
• Use Primavera P6 and KPIs to track progress and performance
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong experience with NEC contracts and large-scale earthworks
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Right to work in the UK
