This position will be key in supporting the continuing growth of this business playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of projects. Based in Northern Ireland (with occasional UK travel) Responsibilities: Manage and updates project schedules to ensure developments are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Coordinating manpower, materials, and machinery to ensure efficiency. Providing weekly progress reports, reviewing subcontractor performance and advising project managers. Liaising with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align site activities ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of projects.
