Your new companyHays Belfast are recruiting for a Belfast based contractor who is looking to recruit a Construction Planner for their business. Your new company specialises in construction and fit out of Commercial, Residential, Education, and Health schemes to name a few. Having been an established brand in the industry for many years, this company is seeking growth opportunities and has identified the need for a full time Planner to join as they gain market share. Joining this business as the Planner, you will be working on multiple projects and reporting directly to the MD, working closely with the heads of each division as they look to complete schemes on time and on budget with solid programming in place.You''ll find yourself working alongside members of your team on some exciting projects along the way, helping to create worthwhile spaces for the professionals who call that space home.Your new roleReporting to Managing Director, your new role will support the company by identifying, controlling and forecasting timescales and resource requirements whilst implementing best practice project planning policy, processes and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through to completion.You will be responsible for accurately identifying and resourcing requirements for projects including labour, plant and materials.
