Construction Manager Water Infrastructure / Civils Location: Erith, South-East London Company: Cappagh Project: Thames Water Framework Contract Length: 3 6 Months Rate: £400 £450 per day CIS Start: Immediate Job Type: Contract Construction Manager Cappagh is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a Thames Water framework project based in Erith. This Construction Manager position will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure works, ensuring site activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and client requirements. The ideal Construction Manager will come from a strong civils background and have previous experience delivering water infrastructure projects. Clean-water experience would be highly desirable, although candidates with strong water-treatment or utilities experience will also be considered. What the Construction Manager Will Be Responsible For As Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily delivery of site works including excavation, trenching, pipeline installation, drainage, backfilling and reinstatement. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, engineers and specialist suppliers while ensuring works remain on programme and meet the required quality standards.
