Construction Manager

Required background: Housebuilding Our client is a privately owned, design led housebuilder who have a first-class reputation for delivering high quality homes across the South Coast. With a number of sites already in production coupled with strong pipeline of future work due to start in 2027, we are looking to appoint Construction Manager to join the business to work closely with the Construction Director and drive the delivery of their live schemes. You will take full ownership of the operational delivery of all live developments whilst ensuring every site is programmed, sequenced and resourced to achieve the highest standards possible.
