A new client to Sphere are looking to employ a Construction Manager with immediate effect. Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural and Envelope Intervention, Detail and Build, Design and Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment. This opportunity is in relation to a 74M Refurbishment and Fit-Out project in Bristol, which when complete, will offer Commercial Units across the lower floors, Office Space above, and a Rooftop Terrace and Bar.
