You would be overseeing all building works and heavy structural steel integration as well as direct specialist sub-contract packages while leading technical coordinaton with MEP designers and Civil & Structural Engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the -12M construction project, ensuring all building works are completed safely, to specification, and within the agreed budget and timeline. Oversee critical structural elements, with a heavy emphasis on the successful fabrication and erection of structural mezzanine floor steelworks. Continuously monitor project progress against the construction programme, identifying potential delays early and implementing mitigating actions. Procure, onboard, and manage specialist sub-contract packages (including steel erectors, cladding, and internal fit-out teams).
