Construction Manager Responsibilities Manage the day to day delivery of a major micro tunnelling scheme, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Oversee tunnelling operations, including Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) activities, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety. Lead and coordinate Site Agents, Site Engineers, Foremen, operatives, and subcontractors, promoting a collaborative and high-performing site environment. Develop and implement construction programmes, ensuring labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors are effectively managed to achieve project milestones.
