Construction Manager

Discover your exciting role The Construction Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery of construction activities on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, to the required quality, programme and commercial expectations. The role will act as the key point of control on site between the project team, subcontractors, supply chain and client representatives, ensuring that works are properly planned, risks and constraints are identified early, and the required information, resources, permits and approvals are in place to support successful delivery. The Construction Manager will provide clear on-site leadership and ownership of works from mobilisation through to installation, handover and close out, ensuring progress is actively managed, issues are escalated where required, and delivery is aligned with the wider project requirements.
