Construction ManagerWe are currently working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile building project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering complex, high-quality schemes across the UK.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of key packages or areas of work, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating site activities, leading teams, and driving high standards across all aspects of construction delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring works are carried out in line with all regulations and company StandardsManage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to meet programme and quality requirements. moniitor progress against programme, attending daily and weekly production meetings Provide regular progress reports and identify risks or issues.Work closely with design and commercial teams to ensure cost-effective and buildable solutionsIdentify and resolve site issues, offering innovative solutions to improve deliveryEnsure works are completed to specification with a focus on quality and complianceMaintain accurate site records and ensure effective communication across the project teamLead, mentor, and develop junior staff and site teamsAbout ..... full job details .....
