Construction Manager

Construction Manager - Central London - CAT B Commercial Fit OutA Construction Manager is required to oversee the CAT B fit out of a landmark commercial building in Central London. The project will be for approximately 6 months and is due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT B fit out packages and ideally have at least 5 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site. Role/duties: Reporting to an on site Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.
