The projects will be for approximately 3-12 months and are due to start on site imminently. The successful candidate will have a background of managing CAT A / CAT B fit outs and ideally have at least 5 years construction experience. The position is open to either degree qualified candidates or managers who have progressed through the ranks on site. Role/duties: Reporting to either an on site or visiting Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings. Qualifications: Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
