Construction Manager - Madrid (Spain)

An established international contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their growing team on projects based in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, fast-paced projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

• Oversee site operations from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage programme, quality, health & safety, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor progress against programme and drive works to meet key milestones
• Lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Report regularly to senior management on project performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in managing site teams and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and project delivery
• Experience working on fast-track or complex builds is desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Fluent English is essential (spoken and written)
• Willingness to be site-based in Madrid
