      <description>Location: Berkhamsted | Salary: &amp;pound;350/day | Type: Temporary | My client is seeking a Construction Manager to join a main contractor on a high-profile new build commercial development in Hertfordshire.-  The successful Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil, structural and architectural packages. You will be coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Packages include raised access flooring, internal steel structures, architectural metalwork and scaffolding.-  To be considered for this Construction Manager role, you must have proven experience as a Construction Manager managing the above packages. You will also have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and either Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor certificates.-  This Construction Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis paying up to -350 per day.
