Construction Manager - Office Fitout

Job Title:-Construction Manager - CAT A & B office fitout experience required!

Start Date:-Monday 1st June 2026-
Contract Length:-22-weeks-
Location:-Central London - Barbican area-

The Shore Group are working with a Design & Build office fitout contractor who are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee their upcoming CAT A & B single floor office fitout in the heart of London.

You will be the Number 1 on site for this circa -3.5million project, reporting to their Visiting Contracts Manager, supported day-to-day by a site team of Laborers & Gangers.

In order to be concidered for this role you MUST have experience:-

• Overseeing CAT A & B office fitout projects-
• Working on projects in the City of London-
• Working with lots of stakeholders-
• Excellent communication skills-

My client has a healthy upcoming project pipeline, so upon project completion, there is potential for a contract extension.-

Required:-

• CSCS-
• SMSTS-
• First Aid-
• Asbestos Awareness-
• Fire Marshall (though this is not a necessity)-
