Construction Manager - Office Fitout

Job Title: Construction Manager - CAT A and B office fitout experience required! Start Date: Monday 1st June 2026 Contract Length: 22-weeks Location: Central London - Barbican area The Shore Group are working with a Design and Build office fitout contractor who are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee their upcoming CAT A and B single floor office fitout in the heart of London. You will be the Number 1 on site for this circa 3.5million project, reporting to their Visiting Contracts Manager, supported day-to-day by a site team of Laborers and Gangers. In order to be concidered for this role you MUST have experience: Overseeing CAT A and B office fitout projects Working on projects in the City of London Working with lots of stakeholders Excellent communication skills My client has a healthy upcoming project pipeline, so upon project completion, there is potential for a contract extension.
