From coordinating fast-paced schedules to solving problems under pressure, you ll be the one keeping the project on course. Key Responsibilities: Lead site operations with authority, focus, and attention to detail. Drive programme delivery and maintain strict quality and safety standards. Motivate and direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve clear goals. Anticipate challenges, implement practical solutions, and maintain momentum. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. About You: Main Contractor background Open to travel / staying away Strong leadership skills decisive, disciplined, and calm under pressure. Excellent communicator, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented but with the ability to see the bigger picture.
