My client is a main contractor that delivers high quality new build developments. Due to the continued growth and success of the business they are in the market for an experienced Construction Manager for a large -60million residential scheme in Manchester.

The construction manager will have proven large scale project delivery experience. Having delivered projects from pre- construction through to construction completion and handover stages.

As construction manager you will have excellent technical and design experience on large scale construction projects ideally over -50 million. Offering advice and support to the management teams during project delivery. Ensuring project delivery is following its set program and budgets.
My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Construction Manager, you will have proven project delivery portfolio. With an excellent health and safety track record. You will have led teams on high rise apartment buildings.

Reporting to the Project Director this is a senior appointment with opportunity of development within the business unit. It would be desirable to hold a construction related degree or equivalent.

You will be the number two manager on this exciting large scale residential development.
