Construction Manager - Data Centres Location: Spring Park, Corsham Salary: 70,000- 80,000 Job Type: Permanent The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major data centre construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with project teams, consultants, contractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management skills and previous experience delivering large-scale construction projects within a technically complex environment. Experience within data centres is highly desirable, although candidates from mission critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major commercial construction will also be considered. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring contractors and consultants deliver against programme, quality and contractucal requirements. Working alongside the Design and Project Management teams, you will monitor project progress, manage risks and support the delivery of projects through the RIBA design and construction stages. You will act as the main point of contract for construction-related matters, coordinating client visits, leading project meetings and maintaining effective communication between contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders. ..... full job details .....
