This significant new-build project is the third facility on an established data centre campus, incorporating two data hall floors, a ground-floor plant room, and extensive associated infrastructure. The project is being delivered on a Design & Build basis across both construction and MEP packages. This is an opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to own key packages during a critical stage of the programme, with a particular focus on internal fit-out and specialist construction works.
