Our client, a FTSE 100 construction company, with an extensive portfolio of contracts across housing and education, require a Construction Manager to be a part of a £ 1 billion mega project.A FTSE 100 Construction company with an international brand and presence for high quality work within the housing and commercial sectors.Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be overseeing a range of housing and commercial contracts in London with a value of circa £1 billion.With responsibility they will ensure that all contracts are completed on time and to budget.The Construction Manager will also identify opportunities for further business growth in the Midlands from bid stage to completion.They will also oversee circa 50 members of staff.Qualifications

The Construction Manager will possess at least five years experience in a similar role working for a main contractor. Experience of delivering housing new build projects is a must have alongside other types of contracts in commercial and residentialLocation
