We’re seeking an experienced
Construction Manager / Site Manager
to join our team on-site and drive delivery, quality, and safety on a landmark development in Central London.We’re proud to be working with a leading UK developer delivering one of the most exciting projects in Central London – a £100m mixed-use development set to transform the area.Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Lead subcontractor coordination, logistics, and sequencing of works.Drive health and safety culture across the site.Work closely with project managers, consultants, and senior leadership to deliver key milestones.Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and local authorities.Qualifications
Proven track record delivering large-scale (£50m+) construction projects in London.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and logistics in complex urban environments.SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid qualifications essential.Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering best-in-class developments.What’s on Offer
