Joshua Robert are working with a major London-based fit out contractor who need a Construction Manager for a 9 week office fit out in Manchester, starting this Wednesday.

The role:

• Running day to day delivery on a commercial office fit out
• Site based, Manchester
• 9 week programme
• £250-£280 per day, dependent on experience

Tickets required:

• Black CSCS card
• Temp Works Coordinator (essential)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work

You''ll have:

• Solid fit out delivery background, main contractor side
• Track record managing programme, subbies and site H&S
• Available to start Wednesday 22nd July, or very short notice
