They are looking for a genuine "construction manager" who can lead, plans, and execute high-rise and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety/quality standards.

This role oversees on-site operations, manages subcontractors, monitors progress, and coordinates with engineers/consultants.

This is for a high-profile project, and they are looking for someone with the following skillset/ background:

• GCC experience
• Main contractor background
• Stable career
• 50 story + tower experience
• Relevant degree qualification
