This role will focus on the management and delivery of CAT A internal fit-out works across multiple floor plates, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating internal construction activities, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team to maintain efficient progress throughout the build. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe delivery of internal fit-out works, promoting the highest standards of health, safety and quality. Manage and coordinate subcontractors delivering CAT A works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Oversee the installation of raised access floors, suspended ceilings, landlord finishes and associated building services.
