Construction Manager

ersg are working on behalf of a client to source a client-side Construction Manager hire. The client has over 1GW of live projects, running across the next three years. There will be further acquisition of RTB stage projects to extend your role beyond this period. Being client-side, you will managing multiple Site Managers and Contractors to ensure delivery within time and cost budget.

Core responsibilities include;

• Oversee day-to-day site activities
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor schedule and budget

The client is looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis, it''s a key hire to join a team that is going to be a major player in the BESS space. This is a hybrid position (50% on-site), with the expectation to visit the company''s UK offices once per month.
