Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for Construction Manager in Oxford.

This role is working for a tier 1 who are looking for construction manager working on a commercial project.

For this role, Construction manager would be undertaking the following duties:

• The role will be site based and have full responsibility for health, safety and welfare for the site operatives.
• They are required to manage the site installation to the Construction Programme through to project completion including all test and commissioning activities. 
• Ensure method statements are in place and relevant for the activities being undertaken and all operatives have understood and signed the method statement acceptance register.
• Monitor and ensure that all Phoenix and Phoenix subcontractors are working to their method statements and that site rules are adhered to by all operatives.
• Brief Supervisors and operatives on all safety method statements and known site risks ensuring that all operatives understand them prior to signing the method statement register.
• Have the experience and ability to assess how long a task will take and the man-power required

All construction Manager on this project must have:

• Must have M&E experience 
• Experience of running large projects

Rates & Shift pattern:

£60,000 - £75,000 per annum (Mon - Fri)
