Construction Manager

My client is seeking a Construction Manager to work on a large commercial fit-out scheme in North-West London.

The successful Construction manager will be boots on the ground, snagging and desnagging, working with the client teams to ensure that works are handed over on time and to the right spec.

To be considered for this Construction Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates

This Construction Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis for approximately 6 months. There is a good chance that the role will last longer as works progress in other areas.-Pay rate is negotiable - approximately -325350 per day.
