Construction Manager

Site Manager - East London - -300 a day

An experienced Site Manager is required for a -80m new build residential project based in Hackney. The scheme is well under way with piling contractors currently on site. Overall project completion is scheduled for 2028 and will provide over 200 new apartments for private / affordable sale. An out on site Manager is required to manage the internal fit out packages. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing similar packages / projects of at least -50m in value. It is also essential that the Construction Manager has experience of assisting with design & programming prior to works commencing on site.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager on site to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Construction Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
