Overview:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a -4m CAT A Design & Build fit out in Liverpool Street. The project runs for 18 weeks and requires a strong No.1 on site to take full control of delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the No.1 on site, reporting into the Contracts Manager

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and safety are maintained

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors

• Work closely with the design and commercial teams

• Drive the construction programme and ensure timely delivery

• Chair site meetings and manage all on-site activity and logistics

• Maintain a clean, compliant, and efficient working site

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading CAT A or CAT B fit out projects as No.1

• Solid background in Design & Build

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

• Able to manage fast-paced, high-spec projects to tight deadlines

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
