Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager to oversee a fast-track classroom fit-out and refurbishment project at a college in Oxford. This is an 8-week programme, requiring someone who can hit the ground running and drive progress on-site.-

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing fast-track refurbishment and fit-out projects, ideally in the education sector.

• Comfortable working in a live environment and directly with an on-site client.

• Valid CSCS Card and SMSTS certification (preferred).

• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure programme, quality, and H&S compliance.
