Site Manager (Project Lead) Cut and Carve and Structural AlterationsLocation: City of London Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ImmediateA leading specialist subcontractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of complex cut and carve, structural alteration and heavy refurbishment projects across the City of London.This is not a traditional Site Manager position. The successful candidate will operate as the number one on site, taking responsibility for overall project delivery whilst managing the programme, subcontractors, client relationships, logistics, health and safety and quality throughout the construction process.The business is a recognised specialist in structural alterations, demolition, temporary works, steel installations, reinforced concrete works and complex refurbishment schemes, delivering projects for many of London''s leading contractors.The RoleAs the lead site-based representative, you will be responsible for driving projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking overall responsibility for site delivery.Managing all subcontractors and specialist trades on site.Coordinating structural alterations, demolition and temporary works activities.Managing project programmes and sequencing of works.Chairing site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and main contractors.Identifying and ..... full job details .....
