Core Group is Hiring – Construction Manager

Core Group is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our client’s project in the Reading area.

Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Reading, RG6
Pay Rate: £350–£400 per day (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday
Duration: 16 Weeks
Start Date: September

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
• Valid CSCS Card
• EHS or IOSH qualification
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager on construction projects

Duties Include:

• Overseeing all day-to-day construction activities on site
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitoring quality, progress, and programme deadlines
• Coordinating with the client, project team, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
