Organize projects from pre-construction planning through final acceptance, including schedule, cost, and quality control. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Prepare and maintain construction schedules, quantity take-offs, and performance records. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and traffic management requirements. Conduct site meetings with clients, engineering consultancies, and public authorities. Manage contracts and change orders in accordance with VOB/B and VOB/C. Handle project billing and documentation.
