Construction ManagerMajor Industrial Construction Project South Wales Area Long-Term ContractThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major industrial megaproject. This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of a large-scale heavy industrial development, overseeing construction activities from execution through to completion.Working closely with engineering, project delivery, and stakeholder teams, the Construction Manager will lead site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on-site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, logistics, and project controls functions.Develop, manage, and optimise construction programmes and resource plans.Monitor project progress against key milestones and implement corrective actions where required.Manage budgets, costs, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.Drive a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across site operations.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks affecting programme, cost, or quality.Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, project teams, and key stakeholders.Provide regular progress reporting, highlighting ..... full job details .....
