Construction Manager

We re working with a leading building services contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they re looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to lead site-based delivery teams.This role would also suit a Mechanical Site Engineer or Site Manager looking to step up into a Construction Manager position.The RoleAs Construction Manager, you ll take full responsibility for site delivery, leading installation teams and subcontractors across all construction phases.You will:Lead and manage site-based construction and installation activitiesOversee projects from design, engineering and procurement through to completionEnsure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with specificationsDrive programme performance, ensuring key milestones are achievedManage subcontractors, labour and site resources effectivelyMonitor quality, productivity and site standardsSupport commercial teams with variations, progress reporting and cost controlLead site meetings with clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure full compliance with HSE regulations and company proceduresOversee commissioning, snagging and project handoverYou will have:Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer role within MEP / Building ServicesStrong mechanical bias Experience delivering projects from installation through to commissioning and handoverBackground managing subcontractors and site teams on live projectsSolid ..... full job details .....
