The Construction Manager is a senior member of the Brush Power Solutions Operational Delivery Team. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all site-based construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of infrastructure projects in alignment with the project scope, programme, and contractual obligations. The Construction Manager works closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, and subcontractor teams to manage on-site performance, resource deployment, and coordination.
