      <description>Location: City | Salary: 350.00-350.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Construction Manager Commercial Build We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major £75m commercial development in Cardiff. 2 years work. In line with the project s social value obligations, applicants must reside full-time within South Wales or the Bristol area. This is a key site-based role, taking responsibility for the delivery of internal packages on a large-scale, multi-phase scheme. The Role You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all internal works, ensuring packages are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will oversee subcontractors, drive programme, and maintain quality across all internal trades.
