Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a high value commercial fit-out project. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects. Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple live projects. Develop and monitor construction programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
