About the Construction Teacher role:
anzuk Education is proud to partner with an alternative provision in their search for a skilled and dedicated Construction Teacher to deliver the City & Guilds Level 1 qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people in developing practical skills and confidence in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Mandatory Requirements for Construction Teacher:

• Qualified Construction Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
• A valid right to work in the UK
• Experience delivering City & Guilds or similar vocational qualifications
• A commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical Construction lessons aligned with the City & Guilds Level 1 curriculum
• Support students in developing core construction skills and workplace readiness
• Create a safe, inclusive, and hands-on learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with staff to support students’ personal and academic development
