Construction Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking gang of Labourers to join our clients team for a 4-6 week Demolition project in Paulton near Bristol . The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision. Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the project duration. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure personal and team safety on site. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred. A valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is essential Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
