You will support the Education Manager in leading the construction curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met. You will drive quality assurance and improvement, manage staff and learners, and promote innovative, solution-focused teaching to raise standards and achieve key performance targets. You will play a key role in curriculum development, staff performance, and quality processes, while delivering sessions where required.
