Established in 1965, our client provide young people with opportunities in Construction, Mechanics, Catering and Hospitality, Health and Social Care and Hair and Beauty. They take pride in offering a diverse range of training courses for students at both pre-16 and post-16. This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced construction tutors or individuals with recent construction experience looking to move into the Education and Training sector. Key purposeTo support in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning across Multi-Skilled Construction coursesTo work closely with students with an Educational Health Care Plan and additional needs to support them with written work, building self-confidence and life skills, supporting with challenging behaviour and helping students to regulate their regulation.To support all students in achieving their potential by taking a pro-active, enthusiastic and flexible approach.Core responsibilitiesDelivery of teaching and learning in your vocational areaDevelopment of resources, teaching materials, schemes of work and lesson plans for all lessons as per your timetableTo support students during lessons, ensuring they are fully engaged and making progressTo support the planning for new courses and activities at the centre and externallyTo support the students to find creative ways to achieve ..... full job details .....
